She started her session with the project of Lend-Hand India, Pune. Founded in 2006, Lend-Hand India is a not-for-profit organization working at the cross-section of education and livelihood. She then discussed her projects: Karigar School of Applied Learning, Multitasking foundation course at school, Internship program, School of specialized education Delhi, Atal Tinkering Lab Training Program.
She asked three questions to students: Why, How and What are the pathways for an engineer?
She discussed the learning process & roadmap for future and advised students to create a roadmap of their own. According to her, the objectives of teaching different subjects in first year are: To create awareness about all other subjects, to identify self-interest, to explore new tech & to make foundation project. She discussed the importance of Reading, Experiment, Observation, Learning from mistakes, Experiment, time management, backup plan, planning etc.
She quoted:

She also talked of Digital Fabrication lab at SSGMCE, and asked students to get the benefits. The objective is to: give hands on experience excel in multiskilling, provide platform for team work& become good decision maker.
She asked the students to develop values which will be helpful for them and their company and ended the session by sharing photo of CNC machine designed by her.
