With a cheerful demeanor, Mr. Jaju greeted the students, asking them to respond with enthusiasm, thus creating an energetic atmosphere in the room. He mentioned his frequent visits to Shegaon, creating a connection with the students. Following this, Mr. Jaju introduced the concept of a legacy diary produced by his company, sharing interesting facts about some of the oldest businesses in India. He revealed that his company had written over 10 articles on the subject, and emphasized that legacy is key to building a sustainable enterprise.

When talking about time, Mr. Jaju emphasized that it is the one resource that is distributed equally to everyone and that we alone are responsible for how we spend it. Mr. Jaju elaborated on the nature of work, categorizing tasks into those that are important and urgent, important but not urgent, not important but urgent, and neither important nor urgent. He stressed that to achieve new goals, one must let go of old habits. Drawing from the Bhagavad Gita, he underscored the three pillars of success: knowledge, work, and dedication. His message was clear: “If you waste time, time will waste you.”

Mr. Jaju highlighted the importance of teamwork using a clip from the 2010 FIFA World Cup final. He emphasized that history is made by diverse teams working towards a common goal, each member bringing unique strengths. To Mr. Jaju, Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj exemplifies the greatest form of leadership, as he successfully led his team to protect Indian culture and resist foreign forces, showing the power of unity and leadership.

Mr. Jaju concluded his session by reciting a poem that he used to read before his exams, leaving the students with an inspiring and motivating message. The session ended with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the speaker for his valuable insights.
