Persistent Systems, Nagpur selects 23 students of SSGMCE, Shegaon

Shegaon: For the 2021-22 batch of SSGMCE, Shegaon, the campus recruitment started with the Campus Recruitment Drive of Persistent Systems, Nagpur which selected 23 students from all the UG branches. The process started with the registration of eligible candidates and after that Persistent Systems conducted the recruitment process in three stages i.e. aptitude test, technical and H.R. Round.
The selected students include Akshaykumar Bhople, Bharatkumar Kedia, Pratiksha Dake, Sakshi Hiwrale, Hriday Raj,Viplav Khode (CSE); Aman Surkar, Ritik Hujwant, Kartik Chouhan, Khushal Ingole, Kiran Kolte, Suyash Chilwarwar (from I.T.); Abhinay Sawarkar, Himal Wankhade, Karan Dhande, Pranjali Amalkar, Mandeep Bagga, Rushikesh Yelne, Saurabh Vaishya, Sudarshan Vaidya, Vedant Khandokar, Yash Kulthe (from EXTC) and Ritesh Chavan (ELPO).
Consistent efforts are being made by the college to provide job opportunities to maximum number of students. In that connection, various training programs like workshops, seminars, tech talks are organized throughout the year in order to inculcate communication, technical, logical reasoning, body language, team work, creativity and management skills expected by the industry. Students are also sent to various companies for internships to embrace the ongoing changes in the business world, to get a first-hand knowledge of modern technology as well as to gain an in-depth knowledge of the business world. As a result, students’ practical knowledge and their skills increase. The college strives to perfect the students by combining theoretical knowledge received through books and practical knowledge. Students are aware of what we are learning and what is the use of it in the industry and what else we need to do. Therefore, college students are consistently being recruited to higher positions in companies.
The recruitment process for the academic year 2021-22 has started and opportunities are being provided to the eligible students. There will be drives of many reputed companies in the coming period. Students are elated as job opportunities are available even before the completion of education. Hon. Director, Principal, T&P Officer, all heads of the department, teaching and supporting staff congratulated the students for their success.
