SSGMCE, Shegaon hosted first National Conference on “Innovation Management”

Shegaon: Department of Business Administration and Research (DBA&R) of SSGMCE, Shegaon hosted AICTE Sponsored Two-Day National Conference on “Innovation Management” on 22nd and 23rd April 2022.

The conference began with the lighting of lamp. On this occasion, Secretary of Shri Gajanan Shikshan Sanstha Shri Sharadji Shinde, Dr. Santosh Bothe, Dr. Atul Sakalkale, Safety Manager, Hindustan Unilever, Khamgaon, Principal S. B. Dr. Somani, Dr. H. M. Jha Bidyarthi, Head of MBA, and co-coordinator Dr. Laxmikant Deshmukh were present on the stage.

Speaking on the topic of innovation, Dr. Santosh Bothe said that innovation is also the way we solve the problems that come up in daily life. Education is not necessarily the key to innovation. He also mentioned that farmers, professionals who use various concepts to increase their income is also an innovation. Dr. H. M. Jha Bidyarthi explained the outline of the conference while the principal of the college, Dr. S. B. Somani, in his welcome address, wished success of the conference.

The research papers presented for the conference by professors, industry persons and research students were published through a reputed publication with ISBN number. The book containing these research papers was released at the auspicious hands of guests.

In various sessions, the conference covered topics like Digital Innovation, Innovation in Human Excellence, Innovation in Finance & Marketing, Technological Innovation etc.

About seventy professors, researchers and students from reputed educational institutes from the various states participated in this conference. They were guided by experts in the field of Innovation Management.

Under the guidance of hon. Director and Principal of the College, the Head of the Department as well as the Coordinator and Co-coordinator, Professors successfully conducted the National Conference. Dr. Mayur Dande anchored the program whereas the co-coordinator of the conference Dr. Laxmikant Deshmukh proposed the vote of thanks.
