Workshop on “Accelerated Learning & Development Program” conducted at SSGMCE, Shegaon

Shegaon: Department of Business Administration & Research in collaboration with Saraswati College, Shegaon conducted 5 Day Workshop on “Accelerated Learning & Development Program” at its campus from 13/02/2023 to 17/02/2023. Mr. Ashok Jambur, (Member, Advisory Board l Advisor at Human Development Society l Sarvatra Group of Companies) guided BBA and MBA students.

He discussed the following topics during the workshop:

Emerging HR Landscape-Challenges, Opportunities & Trends, Identifying, Developing and Utilizing Professional Skills at the workplace, The Future of Work- Anticipating, Knowing & Preparing for it, How Individuals Learn- Theories of Learning, Labour Laws in India & New Labour Codes, Salary Structure, Understanding Self and Others , Conflict Management, The Art of Negotiation, Workplace Ethics, Leadership, Decision Making, Team Work, Communication Skills, Crisis Management, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc.

He explained all these topics beautifully through Videos, PPTs, and Case Studies. He answered the queries of students through numerous real-life examples from industry.

MBA (SSGMCE, Shegaon) and BBA students (Saraswati College) enjoyed his workshop and received life-learning lessons.
