SSGMCE Shegaon Team Wins 3rd Prize in ‘Sundar Pinjra’ Installation at Youthfest 2024

Akola’s Youthfest 2024 saw a team of imaginative students from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering (SSGMCE), Shegaon, take third place in the Installation competition. Under the theme “Sundar Pinjra” (Beautiful Cage), the team—which included Snehal Kubade(4N), Roshani Borle(4U), Rushadi Gaidhane(4N), and Ankita More(4U) participated and created an installation that was both visually stunning and thought-provoking. Their depiction of “Sundar Pinjra” skillfully highlighted the theme’s attractions as well as its limitations by contrasting beauty and captivity. Their unique use of materials, profound message, and depth of artistic expression made their work stand out.

In the Installation category, Youthfest 2024, a venue for students to display their talents in a variety of artistic and cultural disciplines which makes the team’s accomplishment all the more remarkable. The SSGMCE Shegaon team proudly represented their college with their outstanding teamwork, inventiveness, and job execution.
