The fourth day of the Student Orientation & Induction Programme for Batch 2026–27 began with an inspiring and thought-provoking session by Mr. Pralhad Dhumal on the topic “Don’t Just Get a Degree – Build Yourself ”.
The session highlighted the importance of looking beyond academic qualifications and focusing on self-development, skills, confidence, discipline, communication, and a growth-oriented mindset.
Students were encouraged to make the most of their college journey by continuously learning, exploring their potential, developing meaningful skills, and preparing themselves for the challenges and opportunities ahead as it was mentioned “Interviewers don’t hire a Marksheet, They hire a person who can create value”.
A valuable reminder that a degree may open doors, but it is the person you build along the way that creates lasting success.
