The second session was led by Prof. Adesh Solanke, T&P Officer of SSGMCE, on “Placement at a Glance.”
Through interactive activities, Prof. Solanke highlighted the importance of clear communication, adaptability, and critical thinking. He discussed the growing impact of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, stressing that every branch must embrace these technologies in the future.
He introduced the Training & Placement Cell, its upcoming activities, and last year’s strong placement record with packages up to 14 LPA. Emphasizing internships, soft skills, aptitude, coding, and personality development, he urged students to prepare consistently and leverage India’s demographic strength until 2037.
The session concluded with a Q&A, leaving students motivated with a clear roadmap for career readiness and success.
